Reptar is a Juvenile Bearded Dragon who was neglected by his former owners, which is how he ended up with us.He is learning to be more social and will allow us to hold him and pat him. He is a bit of a jumper so he needs to spend lots of time with his new people so that he can get over that. Reptar’s adoption fee is $50 OR adopters can pay $150 and take his terrarium with lights etc. included. Due to the danger of shipping reptiles, Reptar requires a LOCAL ONLY Adoption. He currently resides at the WHE Center. Roswell is a stunning Australian Cattle Dog who came to us from a local county shelter where he had been impounded as a stray. Roswell met our Special Needs Roster requirements because at some point in his life he had his left rear leg amputated. It doesn’t seem to affect him at all, Roswell is a very typical Cattle Dog. He has tons of energy and drive and just wants to please his people. Roswell is a quick learner. He loves riding in the car, going for walks, toys, bones, and treats. |
Frehley is a 5-6 year old Boston Terrier/Shih Tzu mix who came to us from Animal Control where he was surrendered by his owner. Frehley :LOVES other dogs (he prefers them to be around his size) and has not had a problem with a single dog at the Center. He has separation anxiety so he really needs a home with another dog to keep him company and someone home with him much of the day. Frehley is good with children and okay with cats (he ignores them. He is an excellent and loyal companion, staying at his person’s side (but not under foot) always. Frehley currently resides at the WHE Center.
Sassy is a pretty pitbull terrier who has been in her foster home for 4 years now! Sassy LOVES children, but would prefer a home without cats. She is housetrained, crate trained, and good on a leash. Sassy does have lupus, but it does not affect her day-to-day life and she does not require medications. She would love to finally find her furever home! |
